He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (graduating class 8), with structures orientation, from the Polytechnic University of Turin on 03/10/2006 with a grade of 96/110, having discussed a Bachelor’s Thesis of the topic of Constructions in Seismic Zone entitled “Nonlinear Static Analysis in the New Earthquake Resistance Regulations.”

He received a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (degree class 28/S), with geotechnical orientation, from the Polytechnic University of Turin on 09/03/2010 with a grade of 97/110, having discussed a Degree Thesis of the topic of Construction in Seismic Zone entitled “The P-D Effect in Seismic Analysis.”

He was licensed to practice as a Civil and Environmental Engineer at the Polytechnic University of Turin in the First Session of the year 2010, having passed the Civil and Environmental Engineering Proficiency Examination with a score of 335/400.

Is in possession of the requirements, according to the provisions of art. 98 of Legislative Decree 81/08 s.m.i., to carry out the function of Safety Coordinator in the design phase and execution of works at temporary or mobile construction sites, having a university certificate certifying that the passed Didactic course corresponds to the minimum requirements of Annex XIV of Legislative Decree 81/08 s.m.i.

Registered since 11/15/2010 with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Imperia “Section A” “Sector a”, with registration number 844.

It meets the requirements, according to the provisions of art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 as amended, to perform the function of Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) .

He is registered in the lists of fire prevention professionals of the Ministry of the Interior (former L818/84).
