BIM, or Building Information Modeling, is defined as a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a structure, a shared knowledge resource of information that constitutes a reliable basis for any decision throughout its life cycle, from conception to demolition.
This is thanks to the use of new software provided to the studio for increasingly advanced design.
